President Isaias Afwerki Meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince
President Isaias held talks in Abu Dhabi with Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Zayed

In a working visit in the United Arab Emirates, President Isaias Afwerki, yesterday, met and held extensive talks with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheik Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
In the course of the meeting attended by Sheik Mensur bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, both sides discussed development of ties between the two countries and agreed to take the relations to a greater level.
Both sides also agreed to boost economic investment, infrastructure development, agriculture, industry and reinforce the existing relations in the domains of education and health.
President Isaias and Sheik
Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan also exchanged views on prevalent international and regional issues of interest to both countries. President Isaias left for UAE on July 02.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed meets President of Eritrea during UAE visit

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received President Isaias Afwerki of Eritrea, who is currently visiting the UAE, on Tuesday.
Sheikh Mohammed welcomed the Eritrean president, and expressed his hope that the visit will contribute to strengthening ties between the UAE and Eritrea for the benefit of both nations, state news agency Wam reported.
Sheikh Mohammed and Mr Afwerki reviewed current bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern. They also discussed opportunities for trade and investment co-operation.
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, also attended the meeting.
