Eritrean man shot to death in northwest Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -A man found shot to death at an apartment complex in northwest Las Vegas Thursday has been identified.

According to the Clark County Coroner’s Office, 25-year-old Yonas Andebrehan died from a gunshot wound to the chest. The death was ruled a homicide.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, Andebrehan was found near a building at the Quail Tree Apartments at 7100 Alexander Road, near the intersection with U.S. Highway 95 Thursday morning.

Police believe Andebrehan was shot in the parking lot, ran to the building, where he collapsed and died.
