Eritrean Cyclist Mekseb Debesai wins 2nd place in General Classification and Stage 1 in the Tour of Algier, just slightly behind the Algerian Adil Barbari who took 1st in the event. The Eritrean Team is 3rd after stage 1 in Tour of Algier 2014.
