Don't get me wrong i do support for our country to engage more actively in the diplomatic arena. But honestly speaking those meeting listed above are not really diplomatic mission, they are just mass meeting where almost everybody is invited. We are kept out of those important meetings thanks to the stupid moves made by Issays and Co. We left AU and went back after 10 years, the same was done with IGAD but we weren't allowed to join back (the woyanes outsmarted us here). I can understand the reason of leaving AU but why did we really leave IGAD, because of Somalia which was a lost case?. We are still in bad diplomatic terms with the west and especially with USA. Even a child can understand that you don't pick up a fight with someone far bigger than your size unless you are on suicide mission as Issyas is. Unfortunately we are not gifted with diplomatic leaders especially the mad dog himself, by now he must be the most undiplomatic president in the world. Just listen to his interview and you start to wonder if he is a president or a street gangster.

  6. Did we take our fight with two super powers USA and USSR and secured our national political independence? Even a baby Eritrean knows that. It was not Eritrea's choice to be an enemy of USA, they chose to make us their enemy since 1950s. We can't force them to be our friends. We are taking our fight with colonialists and imperialists once again to secure our economic independence. Once upon a time we were completely isolated, today we have many friends and few enemies, Long live our leaders, who know how to navigate in stormy weather of the horn of Africa. Real 'Concerned Eritreans' sacrifice everything they have for peace and stability of their country.
