After weeks of voting, professional Eritrean cyclist Natnael Berhane is declared the winner of the Best African Sportsman of 2013.
Natnael, who won the 2013 Tour of Turkey, beat favorites such as Ivorian footballer Yaya Touré and Angolan basketball player Carlos Morais, to take first place.
