Pictorial report: Eritrean Festival in the UK
By Yared Tesfay,
The colorful Eritrean Festival in the UK which began on 13th July 2013 ended successfully on 14th July 2013.
Reminiscent of the Pre-Independence “Bologna Festivals”, the campgrounds made this year’s Festival stand out. Having everything in one enclosed area and within reach made it possible for all the participants to enjoy the two days events with little or no effort. A lot of families were able to enjoy the festivities with their children and for a few days, Lee Valley had become “Little Eritrea”.
